New way of doing business
I've been in the real estate business for going on 7 years. I've seen all types of real estate companies and dealt with different types of brokers. I have come to a conclusion and created a solution.
Asset Management and Liquidation Solutions Inc. is a new type of real estate brokerage firm. I have taken features from other companies and added our own benefits. First we will start with insurance. We cover all E and O cost for our agents. We also provided additional risk management insurance for our agents that provide free legal consultations for both the agent and the buyer or seller along with some additional guarantees.
Support staff and additional resources- We provide you full access to our staff. Not to just answer your calls but to be your real time assistant and assist you with closing transactions. We provide in-house short sale negotiations at no cost for the first 15 short sales. After that it is only a flat fee of $795 per transaction. We also provide no cost TC for all transactions. We provide access to step by step trainings to help build your business and maintain your client relationships.
Supervision and support- I will, as your Broker, be available to review every transaction and all its aspects to insure a successful and trouble free close. No more just taking your money and sitting back waiting for my brokers split. I never have transacted like that and can't understand how as a broker anyone can just hire lots of agents and hope that one way or another they'll succeed. I will make it my personal obligation to insure that every agent under AMLS is successful.
Limited opportunity we are only taking on 25 agents and broker associates this will insure that we can provide the best service to our business partners. We will expand this number but it won't be for 12 months and the additional amount of agents that we except at that time will max is 5.
Compensation- I know everyone wants to know what is this going to cost me. We put everyone on a 70/30 split till they reach their annual cap of $15,000. After that you are at 100%.
